Dream to rent with
Remax have personally probably been the first real estate that have been a dream to rent with. My property Manager Shannon Stone is a real angel, she is super easy to communicate with and has gone above and beyond for me and my son. They are always there when you need them and I honestly don’t feel like just another tenant to them. Remax and especially Shannon, have been looking after us for over 1 year now and I am grateful for having such a kind team. As a tenant renting prior to recently buying we had only a positive experience. Mandy was our property manager with Remax Southern Stars for the entire 12mths. Mandy was easily approachable, responded to any contacts from us in a timely manner, she conducted each home inspection on time & professionally. As a tenant and now owner of a home we will ask for Mandy specifically to take care of our future investment properties as we know first hand the property will be well looked after.

Mitchell family is my agent to buy new house and to sell my current house. As I was on both side as buyer and seller, I could experience their service on both. . Very experienced on dealing house matters : When we had an issue, Alex advised me possible options and how to resolve while buying house. I can see their experience on this industry for long time. They are not only expert on matter of selling/buying house but also all relative matters. For example, they have good partnerships with related services(settlement, inspector etc) so I got some helps on these. Too friendly : Alex often says "no stress/pressure" and "happy wife happy life" which make us very comfortable during buying/selling house that could be stressful. Blake and Alex always smile. Plus they are reachable : respond all calls and text always. Overall, I strongly recommend their professionalism.
